Vintage Saltwater Fishing Photo - Salmon. Striper striped bass tuna surf fishing. This photo is on page 288 of Frank Woolner's book "Modern Saltwater Sport Fishing" published in 1972. The photo has a crease on the bottom right and there is writing on both the front and back of the photo. This is a vintage photograph of Debbie Waterman, wife of outdoor writer, Charles Waterman with a nice salmon. The photo is stamped "Charles Waterman" and "Oct 18, 1968" on the back. This photo is on page 288 of Frank Woolner's book "Modern Saltwater Sport Fishing" published in 1972. This is an original black and white photo, that measures 5" x 7", and is in VG condition. The photo has a crease on the bottom right and there is writing on both the front and back of the photo. This photograph, along with others I have listed, came from the estate of Frank Woolner (1916-1994), the longtime editor of the Salt Water Sportsman magazine. Many of these photos were used in the Salt Water Sportsman and in some of the books that Frank authored. Frank was an original member of the Massachusetts Beach Buggy Association and the Worcester Striper Club. Frank also authored a number of books on fishing and hunting. The photos acquired include saltwater, both surf and boat, freshwater fishing, fly fishing, hunting and even some photos of the Woolner Brothers Outdoor TV Show.
