Item was as described. It was quickly shipped and carefully packed. The shipping price was reasonable. It was an unfortunate mishandling by the USPS that caused a breakage. Though item was said to be new in box it obviously had been removed at some point but appears in new condition. Should have stated new in open box as I was buy these for a gift. Hopefully they work like new. They were very well packaged and quickly shipped.
