This is a large vintage Spanish / Eskimo / Latin terra cotta clay monk statue pottery sculpture. It is handmade and represents Mexican or Indigenous cultures. The statue is crafted from terra cotta clay and depicts a monk figure wearing a long cross. No damage has been noted on this piece which measures 16 inches tall and 8 inches long. I love this bowl. It was packed carefully and shipped in a timely manner. As Described and Value - There's a little smudge of sorts on the rim. It's not a chip, just looks like the glaze got smudged before it set? (If I knew, I'd be a potter.)
